Volunteer Grandparents is excited to highlight two potential Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) positions for youth aged 15–30 this summer. These roles offer an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit work, community engagement, and intergenerational programming while supporting our mission to bridge and enrich the generations.

The Special Events Coordinator will support the planning and delivery of engaging events that bring generations together. This role will assist with organizing community outreach activities, coordinating volunteers, building relationships with community partners, and helping promote Volunteer Grandparents programs through events and special initiatives. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing activities, connecting with people, and supporting meaningful community programming.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support Volunteer Grandparents’ communications and digital initiatives. This role includes assisting with marketing tools, supporting website and database updates, helping create digital resources, and contributing to program communications that share the impact of our work. The position provides valuable experience with digital systems, nonprofit communications, and program evaluation support.
